Meet our Director
Dr. Cryshaunda Rorie is an ambitious woman who thrives on making a difference in the lives of those in her local community by empowering, leading, fostering, nurturing, and strengthening beyond borders. She is the founder of Queens Appreciate Queens, a women’s group that meets monthly to do volunteer work around High Point, NC. Cryshaunda is also the founder of I Am Blair’s Closet LLC, a children’s clothing boutique named after her six-year-old daughter Blair Noelle, Suited By Cryshaunda, an online boutique for working women’s wear and C&G Investment Enterprise, a marketing and branding house. Cryshaunda is a thrice published author. Her most recent book, Be Blessed: Reflections of Introspect is a thought-provoking work that provokes inner evaluation and self-motivation. She is the author of Confessions From Cancer: Know Your Role, a book that journeys through the life of Cryshaunda’s personal cancer survivor story, and A Trip To Blair’s Closet, a book that focuses on self-awareness and self-esteem in young ladies. Born and raised in High Point, NC, Cryshaunda has been actively transforming the beliefs of those who give up on inner-city youth by using her personal upbringing as a platform for success. She uses personal experience, both positive and negative, to encourage and motivate those she comes in contact with. Cryshaunda believes that with the power she possesses, it is her duty to show another light, a positive light, for all genders, races & backgrounds in her community.
